Loogootee is an incorporated city located in beautiful Martin County, Indiana. Founded in 1853, Loogootee has a current population of 2730 residents including special people like Coach Jack Butcher, who served as Indiana’s All Time Most Winning High School Boys Basketball Coach from 2003-2019. Visitors to the City of Loogootee can visit Jack Butcher Arena, which seats more than 4,000 people.
